LedgerApp

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 15, 2026

LedgerApp helps users track obligations, installments, institutions, wallet accounts, expenses, payment history, and related reminders.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, LedgerApp may store your name, email address, profile photo, authentication provider, and app preferences.

When you use the app, you may enter financial tracking data such as obligations, installment schedules, payment history, institutions, wallet accounts, expenses, balances, dates, categories, currencies, and notification settings.

2. How Data Is Stored

Your data may be stored locally on your device. If you sign in and enable cloud sync, your app data may also be synced to Firebase services. Account authentication data is handled through Firebase Authentication.

If cloud sync is disabled, LedgerApp may still use Firebase Authentication to keep your account identity, while your app data remains local unless you enable sync.

3. Biometric Login

Biometric authentication is handled by your device operating system. LedgerApp does not receive or store your fingerprint, face data, or biometric template.

4. Notifications

If you enable payment reminders, the app schedules local notifications for upcoming obligations and institution due dates. You can disable notifications from the app settings or from your device settings.

5. Google Sign In

If you sign in with Google, authentication is processed by Google and Firebase Authentication. LedgerApp receives only the account information needed to sign you in, such as your email and profile information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed only as needed to provide authentication, cloud sync, reminders, and core app functionality.

7. Your Choices

You can use the app without cloud sync, disable reminders, sign out, update your profile, or stop using the app at any time.
